Koski Rent Oyj is a Finnish limited liability company. In accordance with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and Koski Rent Oyj ’s Articles of Association, the company’s administration and control are divided between the shareholders, the Board of Directors and the CEO. The Management Team assists the CEO in the development and operational management of KoskiRent’s business operations.

In its decision-making and administration, Koski Rent Oyj complies with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act, the company’s Articles of Association and other regulations applicable to Koski Rent Oyj.
