KoskiRent’s risk management is a systematic process designed to ensure comprehensive and appropriate identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of risks and contingency plans.

KoskiRent categorizes risks in four categories

A. Risks related to the Company´s business activities and industry
B. Riks related to the Company´s financial situation
C. Risks relating to the nature of the Bonds
D. Risks relating to transaction security and guarantees

KoskiRent has assessed the materiality of each risk factor by assessing the probability of the occurrence, and the expected magnitude, of each risk factor. The assessment, in each case, is disclosed using a qualitative ordinal scale of low, medium, or high.
