KoskiRent as an investment
KoskiRent in brief
The Finnish company KoskiRent, established in 2013, owns relocatable modular buildings which are rented to the public sector in Finland under the Modulo brand for medium and long-term to be used e.g. as schools and kindergartens. KoskiRent offers flexible, efficient, and sustainable space solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of users. Thanks to modular construction, assembly is quick, and the spaces are adaptable throughout their life cycle.
Currently KoskiRent manages 25 units across Finland with buildings leased mainly to municipalities and cities. Structural design and large module size of 126m2 of Modulo 3.0, enable both lower costs for municipalities and faster construction time, while meeting all construction requirements of permanent buildings.
